Position Summary:

The Associate Director of Marketing is responsible for managing multiple commercial initiatives from concept through execution to help drive Eidos awareness and prepare for a successful launch of AG10

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Associate Director of Marketing will be responsible for the development, implementation, management and analysis (including measurement and reporting) of a variety of advertising, promotional and educational programs
  • Typical projects will include content ownership and media plan optimization, video strategy and production, and search (paid and organic), and also support KOL engagements through planning and execution of ad boards and focus groups
  • This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports at this time. However, it will require significant agency management and cross-functional team leadership
  • Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Establish Commercial workstreams to meet strategic objectives and drive awareness of Eidos and AG10, and prepare for launch
  • Oversee and manage content development and analytics for brand properties such as physical assets, websites and media placements
  • Manage outside vendors and agencies to develop and execute projects
  • Manage the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of new materials to enable responsible and compliant consumer communications
  • Manage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all programs
  • Domestic travel up to 25%

Preferred Education Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization in the cardiovascular space
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development
  • Experience developing and executing a wide range of successful initiatives across multiple channels such as in-person, website, display, video, mobile, CRM, and social
  • Demonstrated strength in analytics to translate data into insights and indicated actions
  • Creative and innovative, while also possessing analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with agencies and publishers to develop and produce engaging creative and media plans
  • Experience marketing to cardiologists
  • Exhibiting passion and empathy to build meaningful experiences with HCPs by understanding their needs and desires
  • Proactive, results-oriented self-starter motivated by a challenging task and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and self-awareness of leadership style
